Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach us at Zach@454Cornhole.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.

454 Cornhole combines competition-ready performance with bold, original artwork. Each series is built around a specific fabric combination, fill blend, and speed profile so players can choose a bag that matches their throwing style. The brand is also powered by the design experience and artwork library of Zach’s Graphics.

Yes. 454 Cornhole offers ACO Stamp Approved bags. Always check the individual product listing for the current approval status of a specific series.

The speed rating gives you a general idea of how fast or slow each side of the bag plays. Lower numbers indicate more control and resistance, while higher numbers indicate a faster, more aggressive playing surface.

That depends on how you like to play. If you prefer more control, look for a series with a slower side. If you like a faster, more aggressive game, choose a higher-speed combination. If you tell us how you throw and what kind of shots you like to make, we can help narrow it down.

Mostly Rounds blends generally create a looser, more fluid feel inside the bag. Mostly Flats blends tend to provide a fuller, more controlled feel.

The fill is only one part of the bag’s performance. Fabric, construction, break-in, and fill all work together to create the final feel.

A Dual-Blend uses two types or shapes of fill, while a Tri-Blend uses three. Each combination is chosen to create a specific hand feel, movement, and response during play.

Our bags are built to competition specifications, with 454 grams being part of the inspiration behind the 454 Cornhole name.

The name started with a game at an event. Players were challenged to fill a container with the same amount of fill used in a cornhole bag and try to hit exactly 454 grams. Hit the number, win a prize.

Yes. Like most competition cornhole bags, the feel and speed can change as the fabric and fill settle through normal play.

Break-in time varies depending on the series and how often the bags are used.

Use care when cleaning your bags. Avoid harsh chemicals, bleach, extreme heat, and aggressive washing methods. Proper cleaning and storage will help extend the life of your bags.

Absolutely. Artwork is a big part of what 454 Cornhole is about.

Powered by Zach’s Graphics, we have access to a large portfolio of artwork and design experience. Whether you want something from our existing collection or a custom concept for a player, team, league, business, or event, contact us to discuss the project.

Yes, as long as you own the artwork or have permission to use it. You may submit team logos, business logos, sponsor graphics, names, colors, or other design elements for consideration.

Yes. If you have an idea but no finished artwork, we can help turn the concept into a bag design.

We make every effort to represent colors accurately, but screens can display colors differently. Printed colors may also vary slightly based on fabric, ink, lighting, and production method.

For custom projects, a digital proof may be provided before production. Customers are responsible for reviewing spelling, names, numbers, colors, logos, placement, and other visible details before approving the design.

Production time depends on the project, order size, artwork requirements, and current workload. Custom production begins after all required artwork, approvals, and payment have been received.

Because custom and personalized bags are made specifically for you, they generally cannot be returned simply because you changed your mind.

If there is a manufacturing defect or we made an error, contact us and we’ll work with you to make it right.

Definitely. You don’t have to be a tournament player to throw 454.

Whether you play in the backyard, at a local league, or in competitive events, we can help you find a series that fits the way you like to play.

Based on the current speed chart, Hunterz, RAYDRZ, and Riotz are among the fastest options, depending on which side of the bag you’re considering.

If speed is your priority, tell us how aggressive you like your bags to play and we can help compare the options.

Series with lower speed ratings on one side will generally provide more control. Zedz, Raptorz, and RAYDRZ all include a 4-speed side, while GenZ offers a 4/5 combination for players looking for more control on both sides.

You can view the 454 Cornhole Speed Chart on our website to compare every series, speed combination, and fill blend.

454 Cornhole builds on the creative foundation of Zach’s Graphics. That means the bag company benefits from years of artwork, graphic design, production experience, and an extensive library of designs — bringing a much stronger visual side to the cornhole bag experience.
